Since 2015, the OBJEM family center has also been operating within our institution.

Objem is a meeting point for socializing and meeting, as well as for the implementation of preventive programs, with which we address the needs of families from the local environment. We have prepared diverse, interesting and useful content for you that will brighten up your family's everyday life, relax you, teach you something new, connect with each other and help you solve some new family challenge.

In the family center, we strengthen the personal and social competences of family members, as well as parental competences.

We help families improve their ways of coping with stress and burdens and encourage them in establishing an emotionally safe environment and mutual trust.

We encourage families, individuals and professional workers to activate, personal growth, maintain good mutual relations, exchange good practices, open up to the community, to a healthy lifestyle and offer them opportunities for quality leisure time.

Most of the content takes place in STAROSINCAH: Starošince Equestrian Park – BACK TO THE HORSE Institute, Starošince 37b, 2326 Cirkovce

Psychosocial support and some workshops and lectures also take place at our location in KIDRIČEV: Premises of the day and family center, Kajuhova 6, 2325 Kidričevo

You are always warmly welcome here, but it is good to know the following:

• if you are not announced in advance, we will probably not be able to attend to you individually, as we run other programs according to the schedule,
• during a visit to the Starošince Equestrian Park, it is absolutely necessary to follow the rules "Etiquette in the World of Horses", which you can find written at the entrance.

Participation is FREE, as the program is co-financed by the Municipality of Kidričevo and the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities!  

For children and adolescents:
- LET'S DEVELOP RELATIONSHIPS - social skills training for closed groups of children and adolescents (children and adolescents with special needs can also participate).
– HOLIDAYS WITH HORSES – holiday activities for primary school children.
- YOUTH VOLUNTEERING - we combine the pleasant with the useful, socialize, take care of the environment and animals, spend time in nature and learn good, collaborative relationships.
– COUNSELING AND PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN and ADOLESCENTS – counseling sessions for support in everyday challenges and relief of emotional distress.
- LEARNING ASSISTANCE FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS - the learning assistance program is carried out in cooperation with volunteers and can only be offered if there is a sufficient number of volunteers!

For children and parents:
- FAMILY THEATER - education through art, fairy tales and stories, preparation and performance of various performances - everything from musical fairy tales, plays, musicals and other performances with selected educational and family themes.
– FAMILY WORKSHOPS: MODERN FAMILY COOKING – healthy eating, vegetarian and vegan dishes, etc., CREATIVE SHOP – family art workshops and handicrafts.
- FAMILY VOLUNTEERING - together we take care of the environment and animals, spend time in nature and learn good, cooperative relationships.

For parents:
- CHALLENGES OF MY FAMILY - a cycle of lectures and workshops for parents.
In 2023-2024, we will focus on media literacy. The increasingly close presence of screens in everyday life is certainly an important topic that raises the spirits of many families and individuals.
Are screens really as bad as some experts say?
Can they really make us addicted?
Shouldn't children be introduced to innovations as soon as possible, so that they can catch up with the spirit of our time, become digitally competent and competitive, otherwise they will waste their life's chance of success?
Many questions arise... And at the same time, very few professional, well-founded answers. That's why we think it's important to talk about these topics.
