Training program "Competences of a good therapeutic team" within the HOPE4HEALTH project (Erasmus K210-ADU)

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ project HOPE4HEALTH, which is implemented in cooperation with the leading partner Association for therapy and activities using the horse Pegaz Rijeka” we are announcing training program "Competences of a good therapy team".
The training is intended for learning adults who want to acquire new knowledge in the field of team competencies in the implementation of interventions with the help of a horse and is FREE OF CHARGE, as it is financed by the European Union and takes place within the Erasmus+ HOPE4HEALTH project.


The training program is designed on the basis of the identified needs of experienced operators of horse-assisted interventions to strengthen key competencies.


Fundamental goals trainings are as follows:
– to improve the general level of training and competence of members of therapeutic teams who
they work in the field of horse-assisted interventions
- define the key competencies required for effective work in a therapeutic team
- impart basic knowledge about the impact and importance of good communication in the therapeutic team
- highlight the importance of safety at work and appropriate responses to unexpected situations in the environment
- highlight the importance of psychological safety and resilience in interpersonal relationships
– analyze your therapeutic team and create a strategy for the development of team competencies
– learn about experiential exercises to improve team competencies
