Equine assisted therapy

Horse-assisted interventions are extremely effective and integrated development support, intended for children, adolescents and adults, which is why they are increasingly being established as innovative professional method in the counseling, therapeutic, pedagogical process and in the implementation of psychosocial and psychotherapeutic support for better mental health.

With its movement, the horse has a positive effect on development of movement abilities and skills, improving posture, balance and coordination, regulating muscle tone, stabilizing the pelvis and improving joint mobility. This has been proven by science for decades.

The horse is also an extremely strong motivator and confidant, which is why we can learn to rescue in its presence various life challenges, hardships and difficulties. Interventions with the help of a horse encourage us to develop, think, feel and give us motivation to successfully overcome obstacles.

Horse-assisted interventions can be targeted  preventively or therapeutic-rehabilitation.

Preventive interventions are intended for everyone, who are aware of the importance of a healthy lifestyle, as they are useful in forming good lifestyle habits, encourage movement in nature, active leisure time, have a relaxing effect and strengthen good mutual relations.
