You can come to our help in various activities, which we determine together based on your life experiences, previous knowledge, competences and interests. Depending on your wishes and possibilities, we also determine the schedule together.

Volunteering takes place throughout the year, mainly during the working week, but sometimes also during the weekends (when we organize events and holiday camps).

We talk to each volunteer personally to find out if we are "on the same wavelength" and what kind of volunteer work we will entrust you with. We then conclude a "volunteer contract" that defines mutual obligations and expectations.

You will be a volunteer

• actively spend free time in the embrace of nature,
• devote your time to something good, as you will help make the world of horses more beautiful and kinder,
• have mutual support and help,
• acquire new skills,
• develop competences and knowledge,
• made new acquaintances and friendships and
• built a community.

As part of the contents of our center for Objem families, we also run a special "Youth volunteering" program, where we educate young volunteers from 12 to 26 years old.

At guided weekly meetings, they learn various skills, socialize with peers and strengthen social skills. In this way, we further strengthen ties within the community and encourage young people to spend their free time actively and usefully and to move away from virtual worlds and digital devices.
