Camp for future high school students "How to proceed?" for students who have completed the 8th or 9th grade of primary school

At the camp, the professional colleagues of the Back to the Horse Institute will offer answers to questions that arise at an important turning point in the lives of young people. Entering secondary school represents a significant change, which can be a source of positive excitement and curiosity, but it can also be a source of distress and uncertainty.

In a fresh, fun and experiential way, through the workshops we will develop emotional literacy (recognition, coping and regulation of different emotions), train social skills, talk about the importance of positive mutual relations with peers and the environment. We will encourage responsible behavior, the creation of an effective organization of work and an appropriate learning style, and we will think together about professional goals, life values, the relationship with parents, partnership, family formation and the importance of an active role in the community.

For young people, we have prepared an additional program "Let's get to know the world of horses".

We will see the estate, learn about the life stories of our horses, observe the herd and the dynamics between the horses. We will get to know how horses experience the world, learn how to understand horses and gain their trust.

We will learn how to sit correctly on a horse, learn about basic exercises for balance, coordination and good posture, and focus on the perception and awareness of our own body. We will treat ourselves to a wonderful walk through the Polish paths and nearby forests. We will ride part of the route and cover the rest of the route on foot.

The activities are also suitable for beginner riders, as the horses are led on a leash by riding instructors.
