We were successful in the ERASMUS+ tender with the "OpolnoMOČEN starš" project- With the project, we want to empower parents in the daily challenges they face.

In accordance with our long-term vision, we want to devote ourselves to the upgrading of existing programs and the development of additional therapeutic and psychosocial support programs that will enable parents to have better parental competence, greater self-initiative, more conscious parenting, greater self-confidence in parenting challenges, increased affection for difference, diversity and expansion intercultural awareness and more active integration into society.

The purpose of the project is a better understanding of employees about practices, policies and systems in the field of work with parents, and to deepen employees' understanding of the diversity of parental needs and to create conditions for the development of informal programs aimed at parents/partners, grandparents and other relatives, who can, on the basis of new skills developed a healthier lifestyle and improved their social and emotional skills.

Within the project, we defined 3 goals:

1. Through mobility, we want to acquire new skills for employees to promote a healthy lifestyle and promote the social and emotional skills of parents.
2. We want to incorporate the acquired professional knowledge into existing programs as innovations and create new educational content for parents.
3. We want to test the new programs in practice.

As part of the project, we will design 10 new thematic lectures/workshops for parents. We will include at least 30 participants in the renewed programs, who will fill out an evaluation questionnaire with which we will pursue the goals of the project.
